My denim look

Questo è uno dei miei look preferiti ultimamente. E' lo stesso che ho indossato al Pitti qualche settimana fa ad esclusione della borsa... Un pò troppo ingombrante e delicata se sei in giro per lavoro ;)

Adoro il look total denim, in questo caso ho voluto mixare due tonalità di blu differenti. La camicia di Jcrew è ormai diventata un passepartout, non riesco a farne a meno.

Per rendere la miese più fresca ed estiva ho optato per un paio di espadrillas vichy bianco e rosso, acquistate in un negozietto in Ticinese a Milano e una mega bag di Roger Vivier: il giusto tocco di colore!

This is one of my favorite look actually. It's the same worn during Pitti Fair in Florence except for the bag: too bulky and delicate to use during a working day ;)

I love denim total look, in this case I matched two different tones of blue and my Jcrew embellished shirt has become a passepartout.

Vichy espadrilles and a Roger Vivier's maxi bag are the perfect accessories to give the look a fresh and summer appearance... Definitely the right touch of color!

Waiting for a pyjama party

For next spring summer season it presents "Randez Vous" (http://www.rogervivier.com/en/#/rendez-vous), the fifth limited edition chapter of the maison, available in all ten Roger Vivier boutiques around the world from December 2012 and in Milan in February. Each accessory is realized in 10 - 20 pieces put up for sales till depletion.
The collection is inspired by eternal Marilyn Monroe and pays homage to Irving Penn with amazing decorations of giant poppies.
Among different collections of evening bags and clutches presented: Cubiste, Fleur de peau pu, Poudre bag, shades of light from Prismyc collection, "No Secret A Kiss" is my favorite and the craziest. It's a pink acetate clutch with inset lips and golden metal buckle. It has to be mine!

New York report: a day at the Met

New York, 9 ottobre 2012
Pantaloni a zampa e stivaletti beige di Margiela... Appena sono uscita dall'hotel ha iniziato a piovere e i jeans hanno assorbito tutta l'acqua...;(
Zuppa ma felice, mi sono consolata facendo colazione da Sarabeth, ammirando dalla vetrina la piacevole vista di Central Park, i cavalli e le carrozze. La giornata si è svolta visitando il Metropolitan Museum. In questi mesi propongono una mostra dedicata a Andy Warhol (http://www.metmuseum.org/exhibitions/listings/2012/regarding-warhol) e agli artisti che sono stati inevitabilmente ispirati dalla sua arte.
Se siete amanti delle antiche porcellane cinesi potete rifarvi gli occhi, ne sono esposte di bellissime; lasciano a bocca aperta anche le esposizioni permanenti, io le ho viste qualche anno fa.
E finita la pioggia? Un giro per la Madison, tra negozi monomarca e vetrine spettacolari come quella di Barneys (http://www.barneys.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-BNY-Site/default/Home-Show) dedicata a Louboutin...

Bell-bottomed pants and Margiela beige boots... Once I came out of the hotel it started raining and my jeans absorbed water...;(
Soaked but happy, I took comfort at Sarabeth's for breakfast, admiring the pleasant view of Central Park, horses and coaches from the window. The day went on visiting Metropolitan Museum and the exhibition dedicated to Andy Warhol and the artists who unavoidably had been inspired by his art

If you are a lover of ancient Chinese porcelains you can see beautiful ones to be left open-mouthed; permanent expositions are great, I saw them some years ago.
And once rain stopped? A walk through Madison Street, among monobrand stores and spectacular shop windows like Barneys' (http://www.barneys.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-BNY-Site/default/Home-Show) dedicated to Louboutin...

Buongiorno a tutti! Oggi sono particolarmente felice, sono arrivata a New York questa mattina e sono pronta a godermi a pieno la settimana.
Il mio umore traspare anche dal Pick of the Week: un arcobaleno che rappresenta l'atmosfera frizzante e colorata che si respira nella grande mela: gli stivali del brand Roger Vivier, proposti in suede e paillettes. Perfettamente riconoscibili grazie alla fibbia a lato del gambale e dal tacco non esageratamente alto, per donare a chi li indossa comform e al tempo stesso raffinatezza. Possono risultare esagerati? A mio parere sono dei veri capolavori, perfetti per affrontare la movida newyorchese...

Hi everybody! Today I'm very happy, I arrived in New York this morning and I'm ready to enjoy the week to the fullest.
My good humour is visible through Pick of the Week too: a rainbow that represents the sparkling and colored atmosphere breathable in the Big Apple: Roger Vivier suede boots with paillettes embellishment. Perfectly recognizable thanks to the buckle on sides as signature of Roger Vivier spirit and to heels not extremely high, which give comfort and elegance. Can they be considered excessively? In my opinion they are masterpieces, perfect to face the New Yorker nightlife...

My own design shirt dress

Continua il mio piccolo resoconto dalla Versilia. Adoro la Toscana e ogni volta che trascorro qualche giorno a Marina di Pietrasanta mi sento rigenerata, più positiva e creativa. Vi regalo quindi qualche immagine e il mio outfit del giorno.
L'abito camicia è di mia creazione, generalmente lo indosso con i gemelli Veuve Clicquot (potete guardarli sulla mia pagina facebook del 30 luglio 2012), vi piace? Amo sperimentare e creare capi o accessori che mi possano rappresentare totalmente.
Le zeppe di Prada sono un regalo che mi sono concessa qualche estate fa, belle ma non comodissime..., la mia inseparabile Micro Metro bag di Roger Vivier in camoscio azzurro dà un tocco di colore, poco capiente ma sempre molto chic.

Continue my short report from Versilia. I adore Tuscany and every time I spend some days in Marina di Pietrasanta I feel regenerated, more positive and creative. Here some images and my outfit of the day. 

The white shirt dress is my own design, generally I wear it with Veuve Clicquot cuff links (you can see them on my facebook page 30 July 2012), do you like it? I love experimenting and creating clothes or accessories that represent myself at all.
Prada wedges are a gift I allowed myself some summers ago, beautiful but not so comfortable..., my inseparable Roger Vivier Micro Metro bag in azure suede gives a dash of color, surely not capacious but very very chic.
